      Video transcript:

Hi, I'm Heather Ivy. I'm a dermatologist in Atlanta, Georgia. I work for Goodman Dermatology, and I'm also the regional medical director for LaserAway. I'm really looking forward to Fall Clinical because all throughout my residency, I've heard that this is the premier dermatology conference for excellent lectures, networking, and mentorship. As a new dermatologist in practice, I'm really looking forward to meeting some dermatologists that have been in this field for a long time and then also gaining some evidence-based knowledge on general dermatology and aesthetic dermatology.

Q: Why do you think Fall Clinical is an important conference to attend?

I think the camaraderie and the dermatology feel is very important. I think Fall Clinical kind of emphasizes the importance of mentorship and then also continued learning. As a new physician, new dermatologist in practice, and an attending physician, I think it's super important that I get a good foundation of meeting good mentors and continuing to build my knowledge base as I grow in my career.

      Q: Any closing remarks?

This is my first time attending Fall Clinical and from what I've heard, this is the best conference to go to throughout the year for new dermatologists, and also ones that have been in the field for a long time. I'm really looking forward to networking, meeting new people, and gaining so much insight into this awesome career.
