Mitchell Hanson

Mitchell Hanson is a third-year MD/MPH candidate at the Medical College of Georgia with interests in public health, sexual and gender minority topics, and dermatology. He has presented at national and international conferences with publications in journals including JAAD. He currently functions as the UCSF Marcus Conant HIV Derm & LGBTQ+ Health Research Fellow, one of the American Academy of Dermatology Expert Resource Group on LGBTQ+ and Sexual and Gender Diverse Health Student Fellows, and as the vice chair for the AMA MSS Standing Committee on LGBTQ+ affairs.
